Policy&Procedures

Once a photography session has been completed your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skill invested by the photographers.

All payments must be made before your day via the invoiced due date unless arrangements have been made prior, and any further payment for prints and products need to be completed at end of your ordering session.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS

All clients have the right to reschedule any portrait session within 48 hours before scheduled date at no additional fee but you are only limited to 1 rescheduled shoot and any additional rescheduling after that will forfeit the amount paid to freckleinabox and/or incur an additional fee.

If you choose to cancel and not reschedule you may have 50% of your session fee (this can only be applicable if you have not already used a reschedule session)

Anybody that is a no show will not be permitted to a re-book and you will receive no refund.

DIGITAL IMAGES:

Any digital files that are purchased are only permitted to the client themselves. Please ensure that all digital copies of your photographs are backed up. If you have misplaced or lost them a $30 fee will occurs to receive additional files.

If you are wanting additional images from your session they will occure a additional $10 per image.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

For us to be able to grow our business we need to keep up an online presence with new content posted each week. You are entitled to your privacy and if you wish for your images not be be made public please inform our photographers and this can be discussed upon booking and completing your session with us.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS:

All deposits are due within 24 hours of request of invoice and this can be paid via bank transfer with final payments made via the invoice due date

All portrait and branding content will be made available 2-3 week after each session. However, due the level of demand we will inform you if the wait is longer.

Wedding turn around is 6-8 weeks and you will be informed if the wait is longer due to demand.
